Transfer sms from iPhone to a new iPhone? ?
My old iphone is not working properly so I am going to buy new iPhone 2G. But I do now want to lost data from my old iphone especially sms. Its battery is also becoming weak day by day and before it discharged completely, can I transfer sms from iPhone to the new iphone and how?

You can transfer sms from iPhone to your new iPhone with iPhone backup software. You have to first transfer all your sms or some desired from your old iPhone to your system. Then from this backup you can restore all your sms in to your new iPhone. You can make the backup with iphone backup software. It provides graphical user interface and is very easy to use.
Download the software for free in the trial version and after installing run it. Then to copy the files click the copy button. Then select the file type. You can also select the destination path to store the output file. Then click the OK button to complete the transfer process. Now you have sms backup on your system. Use this backup to restore in your new iphone.
To restore click the start button and open the Address book after clicking all programs and accessories. Then click import in the file option. In other address book, choose the backup file and import it through import button. Then browse it. Click next and map the fields into import and then finish. Now all your sms are in the Windows address book.
Connect the Iphone after opening the iTunes. On iTunes select the iphone, and then select the Info tab. In the contact section you can ensure “sync contacts with Windows Address Book” and then click apply. Now enjoy your restored sms in your new iPhone.
